This article will help guide you through the app onboarding process. Before we begin you will need:
- An imp™ box installed on your landline phone. For more instructions on installing your imp box click here. You can also watch a video of that process here.
- The imp box controller app. Here are some quick links to them:
- The Bluetooth turned on on your smartphone. This can be found in your pull down menu or in your settings. Please note, once setup is complete it does not need to stay enabled.
- Your Wi-Fi credentials. Please note them ahead of time so as not to need to leave the app once we begin the onboarding process. This will ensure a smooth onboarding.
