- If this is your first time with the imp app, open the imp app and input the email address you used when you purchased the imp box. imp will locate your account information and take you to a page to create a password and set up your imp box.
- If you have not yet purchased an imp box, you can do so at joinimp.com. The imp app does not work without the imp box.
- If you have already set up an account, but are having trouble logging in and want to reset your password, you can do so.
- On the log-in page, tap “Forgot Password.”
- Next, enter the email address associated with your account.
- imp will send a unique code to that email address. Open the email and copy the code.
- Head back to the imp app and enter the code.
- A new dialogue will open where you can create a new password and enter it a second time to confirm it.
- Note: tap the ‘eye’ icon to view what you have typed and confirm that both passwords match. You may want to note this password in a secure place as well for future log-ins.
- When satisfied with the password change, tap “change password” to save it to your account.
- You should now be able to log in with the new password.
Lastly, if Face ID or Touch ID is enabled, occasionally the feature will time out for security. If Face ID or Touch ID is not working tap “Login Manually.” The next time you log in, Face or Touch ID will resume functioning.
