What do I need? (What requirements do I have to have to use an imp box?)

You need all the following components to use an imp box:

1. Landline with Caller ID enabled
   • The imp is not compatible with VIP Ring Tones and is unable to screen calls on call waiting. We recommend contacting your landline provider to disable VIP Rings and Call Waiting.
2. Smartphone (Apple or Android)
   • A tablet may also be used. You need to have access to the Apple Store or Google Play Store. 
   • The imp app is not compatible with desktops at this time. 
3. Wi-Fi Internet Connection
   • The imp needs a 2.4Ghz connection type. 
   • The imp requires a secure network. It can not connect to a WiFi network with no password.
