Shipping: Shipping is free on your purchase of a new imp box. We ship all orders with USPS priority shipping. We ship our orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week.
Estimated Delivery Time: USPS priority typically takes about two days, sometimes a little more or less. Our orders go out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons. Most deliveries can expect to be received within 5 business days of purchase.
Tracking Your Order: When the order is scanned by USPS, it triggers a message to come to the email used at purchase. This message includes all your tracking information. You should receive another email when your shipment has arrived. Occasionally, these messages can end up in a spam folder.
International Shipping: Unfortunately, the imp can only be shipped within the United States at this time. We do not offer international transactions or shipping.
Returns: In the unlikely event that the imp is not right for you, we offer a 90-day return window. Please email at help@joinimp.com requesting a return label and imp will provide one for you. We cover the cost of the label for returns.
