If you're a subscriber to the imp box, you may need to update your account details or change your payment method at some point. Fortunately, it's easy to do this by following a simple process.
- We use Stripe to manage our billing. Click here to be taken to the right page at Stripe.
- Once at Stripe, enter the email address you used to sign up for imp. There will be a brief verification process, and then you will be able to access your account details.
- Update your payment method, change your billing address, and update any other details related to your subscription.
- Make sure to save your changes before exiting the page.
And that's it! With just a few clicks, you can easily access your imp box subscription account and make any necessary changes to your account details.
If you want to change the email address associated with the imp app account, open the imp app and go to settings and select Manage Profile at the top of the page, just under your name. This will update the email associated with your imp app login.
