The imp box remembers your contacts by creating a unique piece of information to reference specific to that download. If you uninstall and reinstall the imp app, you will have to take an extra step to ensure that the imp box communicates smoothly with your handheld device again.
Enter your email on the main screen, and then select "I've Reinstalled My App" from the options given.
On the next screen, you'll confirm that you are trying to reinstall the imp app. You will then be informed of how this action occurs in regards to your contacts: "In this next step, your old contact assignments will be removed and current contacts from this phone will be added. Green, grey, and redlist assignments that aren't based on the contacts will remain." This needs to occur, or else contacts will appear duplicate. Select "Got it" to continue.
