Most commonly we have seen “Allow All Calls” as the culprit here. Go to the “Devices” tab in your imp app and see if “Allow All Calls” is active. The button will appear black with white writing if it is on. Simply tap it to turn it off.
This could also be the case if your subscription has lapsed. Please check your subscription status in the imp app:
- Open the app and tap “Settings.”
- Next, tap “Subscription” to see your subscription plan and account status.
