The imp has three operating modes that give you full control over how calls are managed. Head to the imp app and tap the devices page to get started. At the top you will see two buttons. They should both appear as white buttons with black writing for the imp to be in it’s standard operating mode, which we call Screening mode. This is the default setting for your imp box.
If you tap one of the buttons, you will enable that setting. You can tap it again to turn it off, or wait for the timer to run out.
Outlined below are additional details about the three screening modes:
Screening Mode: In this mode, only calls that are on the "Greenlist" are allowed to come through. Any call that is not on the Greenlist, whether it's on the Greylist or Redlist, will be blocked. This mode ensures that only pre-approved, trusted callers are able to reach you.
Allow All Calls (AAC): In this mode, both calls on the "Greenlist" and "Greylist" are allowed to come through, while calls on the "Redlist" are blocked. This means that calls from both trusted callers (Greenlist) and potentially acceptable sources (Greylist) will reach you, but known unwanted callers (Redlist) will still be blocked.
Do Not Disturb (DND): In this mode, no calls are allowed to come through. All incoming calls, regardless of their status on the Greenlist, Greylist, or Redlist, will be blocked. This mode provides a complete interruption-free environment by preventing any calls from getting through.
